We assisted social housing provider WDH’s communications team with the planning and production of two types of films to drive behaviour change – some self-help films for customers, showing them how to carry out basic maintenance at home, and an internal film to encourage colleagues to use their name when dealing with customers.
We worked with people from across WDH to develop storyboards and key messages for the videos, scripted the voiceovers, co-ordinated the filming and wrote the words for the graphics. The internal communications video got a round of applause when it was first shown to the intended audience.
On both projects we worked as a virtual team with The Awakening Media, the experts who filmed and edited the videos, as well as advising on creative concepts.
