AI will help in conducting research but will not be used to write any content we produce across all platforms. AI can be used as a tool to supplement, enhance, and make suggestions, but the ideas, opinions, and the finished product will be written by a human, and be original to its author.

We are investigating whether we can better integrate AI tools to speed up drafting and improve quality. Any changes to our writing process will be incremental, and we will test any impact on results and quality. If AI tools have been used, we will proactively disclose that to clients.

What we will not do with AI:

  • Pass off writing generated by an AI as our own
  • Offer statements or references generated by AI, that have not been personally fact-checked
  • Enter your data, information or unique IP into a generative AI, where it may be added to their training data

What we can do with AI:

  • Generate headline ideas
  • Summarise research - such as academic or technical papers
  • Deal with any non-English source documents and references
